Important information about our booking process and policies:

NEW 24 Hours Cancellation Policy (effective January 17/2026): We now require at least 24 hours for all cancellations/rescheduling of all appointments. The following fees apply when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show: 1. ADHD Assessment 1st Appointment - $150 2. ADHD Assessment 2nd Appointment - $50 3. Medication Start - $100 4. Follow-Up Appointments - $50

We’re located inside Stonebrook Medical Centre at 311 Fruitland Road in Stoney Creek, Ont.

Geographic Requirement for Virtual Appointments:

Patients must be physically located in Ontario, Canada at the time of their virtual appointment. If you are outside Ontario, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for a time when you are within the province.
