Important information about our booking process and policies:

Cancellation/rescheduling appointments: We require at least 48 hours for all cancellations/rescheduling. Those made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost and those made within 24 hours are charged the full appointment fee.

Cancellations/rescheduling of the second appointment of the ADHD Assessment: This appointment requires at 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling to avoid a $50 fee.
